The Award Ceremony of the Best Housing Estates in Kiev and Region BUILDING AWARDS 2016 Took Place in Kiev
December 2 the award ceremony of the best housing estates in Kiev and region BUILDING AWARDS 2016 took place in IQ Business Center.
Organizers of the award, “Ukrainian Building Сommunity” (UBC), named the winners in 13 nominations.
Housing complexes were evaluated according the methodology made by “Ukrainian Building Сommunity” (UBC) using the classifier of real estate suggested by the company City Development Solutions.
The company “Baker Tilly Ukraine” was an independent consultant in the rating of the best housing complexes in Kiev and Kiev region in 2016. It checked the questionnaires of the participants and studied the questionnaires authenticity of companies, which were among the top three in each nomination. 489 questionnaires were given for the competition and 234 among them concerned the objects that are built in Kiev and 255 – in Kiev region.
In the category “Business” the winner is the 1st place – housing estate “Tetris Hall” (KAN Development)
“Prizes Building AWARDS 2016 is the instrument, which will find the best housing complexes for customers. We want the customers to choose and buy the best square meters at the market according the results of annual winners of Building AWARDS” – executive director of UBC Tetyana Shulga mentioned, speaking to the participants of Building AWARDS 2016. At the same time, she added that Building AWARDS is a marketing instrument, which gives the winners an opportunity to use it for marketing and PR purposes.
